In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 days of receipt. Please take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging, and email us immediately at support@dynastyandco.pk. We will arrange a free return pickup, inspect the item, and—if confirmed damaged in transit—we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund within 1 business day of the inspection.
